Governance

Governance and Institutional Leadership.

The Center for Financial Literacy, E-Commerce and Digitalization operates through a governance structure designed to support strategic oversight, responsible decision-making, operational accountability, and the effective management of its programs and digital initiatives.

The directors provide collective leadership across institutional strategy, operations, program development, partnerships, financial oversight, technology implementation, research, and stakeholder engagement. Major organizational and project decisions follow defined internal review, authorization, implementation, and reporting processes.

CFLECD applies principles of integrity, accountability, transparency, professional competence, data responsibility, and institutional independence to its work. The Center also maintains appropriate project records, financial controls, operational responsibilities, and performance-monitoring arrangements to support responsible implementation.

Where CFLECD works with public institutions, educational bodies, financial institutions, development partners, businesses, or civil society organizations, the respective responsibilities, deliverables, governance arrangements, financial provisions, data obligations, and reporting requirements should be established through appropriate agreements.
